           Blade Pile is a manufacturing company that installs and distributes piling products. When we joined with Blade Pile the goal was to significantly improve productivity and profitability in their new factory. 
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           As any manufacturer would feel when considering automation, Blade Pile had to overcome the initial uncertainty and fear that was partnered with incorporating robotics into their factory. Once they took that leap of faith, we designed and installed 3 robotic cells into Blade Piles' factory featuring a total of 7 robots. Our initial assessment revealed that the manual welding processes in the industry were time-consuming, with an average time of 8 minutes or more per weld; our robots helped reduce the welding time from 8 minutes to approximately 1 minute and a half without any manual control, which as a result has proven to be a substantial return of investment in their business.
